iWriter is another site that works as a go-between for people who need web content and people who write web content. I have never written for iWriter, but just one look at the site tells me all I need to know.
On the home page, the site tells potential clients that they can buy articles for as little as $1.25. If that sounds downright insulting for the writer creating the content, remember that iWriter gets a cut of that $1.25. What the writer gets is even less.
On their writer sign-up page, the site says they will only pay up to $15 per article. They are actually proud of this fact! I imagine these top-tier articles are 1,000 words or more or very rare.
I won't be applying here anytime soon, that's for sure. Have any of you tried this site?
